-
For which homes or buildings is a moving lift suitable?
A moving lift is ideal for any building with a small interior elevator or one that cannot be damaged. Some homeowners' associations even prohibit the use of elevators for goods or moving. A moving lift is also useful for buildings without an elevator, so you don't have to lug everything up the stairs. The most important thing when renting a moving lift is that the location where the lift needs to be installed is easily accessible and that the window or balcony where the items need to be brought in is large enough.
-
Can I rent a moving lift for a short or long period?

What exactly do your time slots entail?
Our time slots indicate the period within which our moving lift will arrive at your location. This is the timeframe that best suits our schedule. What allows us to schedule our trips as logically and sustainably as possible. This allows us to reduce unnecessary mileage and fuel consumption, and we pass this benefit directly on to you through a lower price.
-
Do I determine the exact arrival time within the time slot myself?
No, the time slot guarantees our arrival time, not an exact hour. The specific arrival time within the chosen time slot is determined by our route planning, which we make as efficient as possible. This allows us to schedule multiple assignments logically and consecutively. By offering us this flexibility, you make the journey as efficient as possible and contribute to our more affordable rates. You can count on us always arriving within the booked time slot, and we'll inform you of the exact time approximately half an hour beforehand. If you require an exact arrival time, please choose this instead of a 4-hour time slot.
-
What if I choose a specific time slot or fixed time, but I'm not there when you arrive?
That's always possible, of course, and with a generous time slot, that's understandable! We'll always call you about 30 minutes in advance with the exact estimated time of arrival (ETA), based on our current route. If you're unexpectedly unable to arrive on time, we'll wait a maximum of 15 minutes. After that, we'll unfortunately have to move on to the next job. Important: in this case, your reservation will be canceled and you won't be entitled to a refund, as the reserved time has been reserved for you and we've given you plenty of time. It's best to be no more than 30 minutes away from home when booking us for that day and time slot.
